DocAlerts is a free service that monitors family doctor clinic availability in Ottawa, Ontario and notifies subscribers when a clinic's acceptance status changes.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when signing up.

4. Account & Communications

By signing up, you consent to receive clinic availability alerts via your chosen communication channels (email, SMS). You may unsubscribe at any time by contacting support@docalerts.ca.

5. Accuracy Disclaimer

DocAlerts uses automated methods to detect changes in clinic availability. This information is provided for convenience only and may not always be accurate or up to date. You should always verify clinic availability directly with the clinic. DocAlerts does not provide medical advice.

6. Limitation of Liability

DocAlerts and its operators are not liable for:

  • Inaccurate or outdated clinic information
  • Missed or delayed notifications
  • Decisions made based on information provided by the Service
  • Any damages arising from use of or inability to use the Service

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

7. Service Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

8. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:
