5. AI Tooling & Subscriber Data
We use AI to monitor clinic websites and classify their availability status. Your personal information is stored in production systems that our AI development tools do not have access to. When our team develops or debugs DocAlerts, we use pseudonymized data. Names, email addresses, phone numbers, and full postal codes are removed or replaced with synthetic values; internal record identifiers are kept so we can investigate support issues tied to a specific account.
